We offer a one-time lifetime free size exchange for all signet rings. If you need to exchange your ring size after the first free exchange, a fee of $149 will apply for any future size exchanges.

Refunds

We provide a 15-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations will be treated as refunds and will adhere to the same 15-day money-back guarantee policy outlined above.
